ELizabeth Phelps
Founder & CEO
Ana “Elizabeth” Phelps pursued her architectural career in Louisiana USA as an architectural drafter and designer. Her humble beginnings sprouted an exceptional work ethic that led her to pursue higher education and establish what is now the Professional Designs Group (PDG) . Since founding PDG back in 2004, she has been a frontliner to achieve client’s goals and expectations. Elizabeth has a history of non-profit work with the Hispanic Community and enjoys learning new things.
Thomas Dyer
Professional Designer
Thomas Dyer has a very diverse background covering infrastructure, transportation, hydrology, foundations, structural building design, constructed of all materials concrete, steel, masonry, timber, aluminum, cold rolled. Designs have been for green field projects, commercial, residential, industrial, historical renovations, private and LEED projects.
Mireya Cruz
Senior Designer
Evelyn “Mireya” Cruz graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of San Pedro Sula, Honduras in 1987. Her professional career kick-started in her native country Honduras involving large scale residential and commercial projects including but not limited to residential subdivision homes and major shopping centers. After 25 years of working abroad, she continued her career in Louisiana, USA as a senior designer at Professional Designs Group for more than 10 years. She appreciates quality time with family and has a soft spot for animals.
Melinda Vasquez
Project Administrator
Melinda Vasquez is a New Orleans native who graduated from Delgado Community College in 2019 with an associate degree in Architectural and Engineering Technology. She became part of Professional Designs Group that same year and currently works as the Project Administrator and Drafter. She enjoys nature trails and photography.
